Our straightforward policy

For over 25 years, the Pronature family has had an undeniable reputation on the market here in Canada and in all 20 countries where we are distributed! Our products have never been recalled since we have launched - this is a testament to our high quality standards! However, we understand that for different reasons, you may want to return a product.  All Pronature products, either Pronature Original or Pronature Life (dogs or cats) are covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it to your retailer, along with your sales receipt, within 30 days of purchase.

If the recipe you bought is not appreciated by your pet, causes any inconvenience, or you are simply not satisfied, you can:

> Get a full refund

> Exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value.

No worries! Whether your bag was opened or not, our satisfaction policy remains the same! If the bag has already been opened, we simply ask you to return the product in its original packaging and with more than half of its contents. Once in the store, the staff can pick up the bag and proceed to the exchange or refund depending on the situation.
